Electrical Condition Reports
All electrical installations deteriatre with age and use, they should therefore be inspected and tested at regular intervals to check whether they are insatisfactory condition for continued use, Such safety checks are commonly referred to as periodic inspection and teting . Once completed by our City & Guilds qualified engineers you will be issued with an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
This is now law for all private landlords as of the 1st of April 2021
Inspections will
. Reveal if any of your electrical circuits or equipment are overloaded
. Find any potencial electricshock risks and potential fire hazards
. Identify and defective electrical work
. Highlight any lack of earthing or bonding
. Test all fixed wiring and fixed electrical equipment
. Produce a schedule of circuit
. Give you piece of mind
